Tanja studied computer science in Russia and started her working life as an IT support and programmer. Via Finland, where she gained further experience with IT services, she came to Germany and worked as an ITSM consultant for a project with ServiceNow® in an international team. We especially appreciate her focus on uncompromising quality and reliable testing.
Tanja is burning for new challenges and combining her education as a software developer with ServiceNow®. As a team player with a good "antenna", she takes responsibility and ensures that projects are really completed cleanly.
In her spare time, Tanja likes to create cakes and try innovative cake decorating techniques, which pleases not only her husband and two children, but also her colleagues at Arctive.
