René Schwarb

René Schwarb completed his computer science studies at the HTL Brugg-Windisch in 1981, after completing an apprenticeship as an industrial electronics technician at what was then BBC. He started his professional career at Swiss Bank Corporation as project, group and later department manager. Since 1994 he has been a founder, managing director and member of the board of directors in various IT consulting companies.
René Schwarb has a great capacity for abstraction, which allows him to quickly understand the situation of customers and to propose technically based solutions. His heart beats for the new technical possibilities, he lectures on trends in digitalization at the universities of St. Gallen, Lucerne and at the University of Applied Sciences Grisons.
He is a passionate networker and enjoys new contacts and interesting conversations.
In his private life, René likes to be out and about in the mountains, where he benefits from his place of residence in Bad Ragaz.
