With a doctorate in physics, Hubert was the CEO of AEW Energie AG from 2013 to 2022. In 2023, he took over the management of Quantum Energy Advisory GmbH, which he founded. Thanks to his many years in positions of responsibility and several board memberships, he has a strong technical background. With his broad expertise and extensive network in the energy sector, he supports Arctive Energy and its e2050 brand.

In his free time, he enjoys motorcycling and spending time with his family.
