At the company’s Annual General Meeting held on March 26, 2026, in Glattbrugg, the voting members unanimously elected Peter Tschudin to the Board of Directors of Arctive AG. His term of office begins on April 1, 2026, and lasts for three years.
As an experienced board member and entrepreneur, Peter Tschudin brings expertise and a network of contacts in regulated, politically sensitive, and internationally oriented environments. He combines a solid background as a CFO, COO, and CEO with a proven track record in strategy, governance, and transformation.
Peter Tschudin spent ten years at Deloitte and ten years as COO at Bank CIC, where he was responsible for finance, operations, and central management functions. Other highlights of his career include serving on the executive boards of ISPIN and OIZ.
In addition, Tschudin has a strong profile in security-related contexts: within the framework of the UN, OSCE, and KFOR, he served in crisis zones as a liaison officer and head of negotiation delegations.
