Comfort outside your Comfort Zone

Mallorca we are coming. Under the motto "Comfort outside your Comfort Zone", we embarked on a very special journey. In addition to a six-hour hackathon, workshops and group work were also on the agenda. But there were also plenty of leisure activities.
Arctive Ltd. has once again managed to offer its employees an unforgettable employee event. For four days we were allowed to relax from our daily work routine on the beautiful island of Mallorca and at the same time face new challenges. Under the motto "Comfort outside your Comfort Zone" we were encouraged to break out of our comfort zone and face new tasks.
In addition to the hackathon, we also had the opportunity to engage with our key customer projects in workshops and group work. In doing so, we were not only able to deepen our knowledge, but also exchange valuable experiences and inspire each other.
Of course, leisure time was not neglected. We enjoyed a dinner at a beach club, cooked together paella on a beautifully located finca and undertook a sightseeing tour of Palma with a final dinner in a typical tapas restaurant at the port of Palma. For the sports enthusiasts among us, there was also a golf taster course for beginners.
All in all, the Arctive Ltd. employee event to Mallorca was a complete success. We not only strengthened our team spirit and creativity, but also gained valuable experience and developed as a company. We are already looking forward to the next trip!
