Claims handling for Basler Transportversicherung

The Baloise Group's B2B insurance customers include a global pharmaceutical company that delivers medicines and consumer health products around the world via more than 150 logistics centers. When packages are damaged or delivery vehicles are involved in accidents, a claim is submitted to the Baloise Group. Previously, these claims were handled with paper forms, phone calls and emails. This resulted in slow, time-consuming and labor-intensive processes.

Baloise Group worked with us as a ServiceNow® Premier Partner to develop a customized «reporting portal.» The two companies used the platform to fully streamline and digitize claims processing. Through the portal, claims can be reported anywhere in the world in local currency. They are then forwarded to the responsible middle and back office staff of the Baloise Group.
