Challenge
Managing 582 grid connection boxes and around 500 applications per year required a certain amount of coordination. Planning, warehousing, and billing were sometimes complex due to different invoice recipients. The manual process involving several departments could lead to delays and errors.
Solution
The mobile app enables fast, paperless, and smooth order processing. Connection boxes can be successfully identified and recorded using a QR code. Billing is also initiated automatically via the mobile app.
