AK66, the compensation fund for members of the Swiss Builders Association, bundles key social security services under the consimo brand, including contribution collection for flexible retirement, enforcement financing, and career development. To replace outdated systems and modernize processes, consimo turned to Arctive and the ServiceNow platform.

The result is a user-friendly declaration and collection platform for the Swiss construction industry that digitally records, validates, and automatically processes wage reports.

The integration of Abacus, Microsoft Dynamics, and national registers enables over 9,000 construction companies to be served efficiently. After only 22 months of project work, the solution went live as planned. Today, the portal enables over 5,000 companies to exchange data seamlessly, reduces errors thanks to automation, and significantly increases efficiency.
